Creating and Facilitating Math Specific PD that Works

Each month Illustrative Mathematics will host a talk from a mathematics education expert on a different topic connected to the theme.  Talks will address issues across grade levels, related to mathematics professional development for teachers and coaches.  The talks will occur on zoom and the link will be circulated one week before each event.  Participants can join the talk live, and have the opportunity to ask the presenter questions, or watch at their convenience from the recorded talk.  Presenters will talk for approximately 40 minutes and take questions for the remaining time.
